DID YOU KNOW??? Up until the late 1700s, essential oils were traditionally taken in vinegar because of its benefits in resetting the stomach pH. Between 1780 and 1820, antibiotics showed up, testing began and then they were brought into mainstream use. This earlier practice was all but forgotten. So adding various oils to the vinegar may enhance its benefits.

Create a bath retreat... -Draw warm bath. -Add 3C Epsom Salt and 1C Baking Soda -Squeeze in juice from a citrus fruit -Add 10 drops of a favorite essential oil
CAUTION: Avoid using menthol-containing oils (mints, eucalyptus, etc) in tub. The menthol causes the body to chill and your warm bath will turn into a polar dip!
