1. Soak toothbrushes in it to keep them germ-free.
3. Clean your counters, table tops with it to kill germs and leave a fresh smell. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe or spray it on the counters.
4. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour on it to kill salmonella and other bacteria.
5. Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to ten minutes several times a day.
6. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture (peroxide/water) and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will. 7. Put half a bottle of peroxide in your bath to help rid boils, fungus, or other skin infections..
8. You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of whites in your laundry to whiten them. If there is blood on clothing, pour directly on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse with cold water. Repeat if necessary.
I had a consultation with a young lady who had nutritional microscopy and was looking at a sample of blood under a microscope immediately after it is taken from the finger on a video of her test.
I noticed that she had large globules of what looked like oxygen drops in her blood. The significance of this is the fact that these “globules” would impair the flow of red blood cells in the body and may, in fact, lead to possible lung, heart and other oxygen related tissues.
I asked her if she was taking a source of oxygen in the form of hydrogen peroxide, which is common for someone attempting to get additional oxygen in the body. She told me that she was using a mouthwash that had hydrogen peroxide as a whitener. I have additionally read articles suggesting that brighteners may also be taking the enamel off your teeth. I would strongly encourage you not to use any brighteners.
I have found from experience that one of the leading causes of yellow teeth is a low thyroid.
Do you have cold hands and feet?
Are you fatigued?
Do you wake with a headache that wears off as the day goes on; losing the outer portion of your eyebrows?
These are all signs to me that your thyroid may not be up to par. (Iodine supplimentation can help.)
