1. Treatment times are reserved especially for you. If you can’t keep your time, please call 24 hours in advance so we can offer it to another client. 2. Failure to follow this policy will result in a service charge of $40. No shows will be charged in full. 3. We will gladly apply $15 of the service charge to your next appointment that occurs within 14 days of the missed appointment. This appointment must be paid for at the point of scheduling. 4. We are glad to provide a reminder call or email if requested.
1. Appointments are 70-75 minutes depending on type scheduled and will promptly begin at the time you scheduled it. 2. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your intake form and to discuss points of concern with the therapist. 3. As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will receive the remaining appointment time and will be charged the full amount. 4. Before your appointment, disrobe to your comfort level. Undergarments are not necessary, but may be worn if you prefer. You will be draped for privacy at all times. 5. Please turn off cell phone, pager, etc before beginning your massage.
1. Payment is due immediately upon completion of treatment. We do not bill. 2. There are no refunds on massage packs and they can only be used by one person unless specified. 3. Tipping is not required though it is appreciated.
Guests must be 16 or older to schedule and receive treatment. Florida law states that children under 16 must have a parent present for their treatment.
