Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT)
for lymphatic flow, drainage, and detoxification

Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) blends vibrational light and electrical waves and sends them through noble gases and into the body to facilitate movement and decongestion of the lymphatic system.  This therapy can provide relief from chronic inflammation, reduce scarring, lessen stiffness, and reduce swelling with proper use.  More severe conditions such as tremors and muscle spasms, edemas (both idiopathic and drug induced), restless leg, and long-standing fluid stagnation in tissues, for example, have seen improvement.  If you have questions regarding this treatment and if it is a good fit for you please reach out to me.  I am glad to help.

The difference between ALT and Vodder manual lymphatic therapy is that ALT can work on a cellular level to dissolve inflammation and toxins in-between the cells.  This can shift the re-uptake of lymph and help areas drain very effectively.

Clients find that doing the footbath and ozone therapy after this treatment provides additional beneficial outcomes.  (See footbath treatment description below for more information.)

To achieve these results in acute and long-standing conditions, treatment protocols must be followed and enough of the therapy given at proper intervals.

Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Dignity Breast Massage and Education
for oncology, lymphedema, and good health

Enhance lymph production and flow and facilitate detoxification. Treatment is hands-on without electrical devices.  I also offer “Dignity Breast Massage.”  Specialized massage of the breast can be very helpful for lymphatic flow through that area, enhancing health of breast tissue and reducing scarring due to medical interventions.  I am glad to discuss this further with clients interested in the service.  Anyone can get lymph drainage; one doesn’t need to be sick to ‘qualify.’  A well functioning lymphatic system is a well functioning immune system!  Body brushing is available.

Your first session is a 90min office visit and will be $140.
Subsequent sessions will be 70min in length and will be $105 each.

Integrative Therapeutic Bodywork
for relaxation or medical goals

A combination of modalities like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, traditional swedish massage, cranioscral therapy, visceral manipulation, lymphatic drainage, and kinesiotaping customize your session. The body functions as a unit and sessions often require working seemingly unassociated areas. Please be assured that the therapist will listen to your concerns, assess your need, and administer the best bodywork to address those concerns.

Ionic Footbath and Ozone Therapy Treatment

The footbath uses a bioelectrical device, electricity, and water to energize the body and promote detoxing through the pores of the feet.  We sprinkle in Pink Himalayan salt, a mineral rich salt, that ensures good conductivity and detoxification.  Following is an ozone soak to which we add Epsom Salt, a natural form of magnesium, known to sooth.  This is a full body detox that leaves you feeling alive and your feet feeling very good!

Clients seem to agree that the treatment makes them feel “lighter.”

ALT clients have found doing this treatment after their ALT session to be very helpful.  When the ALT decongests the tissues those things are then processed by the body through the liver, lymph nodes, white blood cells, etc.  By doing in this foot treatment, your system can off load what has been decongested and pull it right out of the body through the feet by-passing the normal processing.  Eliminating Herxx responses, lessening detox symptoms, and prolonging session outcomes are some possible benefits.
