Dealing with Stress

Uncertain economy. War. Weather. Swine flu. There’s enough around these days to stress anyone out!

God designed us to function with emotions impacting us physically. The connection of the two occurs because of the Hypothalamus. Stress burns up minerals and creates an acidic environment. To neutralize acids your body needs raw materials. When iron, manganese and selenium are deficient, the brain ceases sending other hormone messengers. This affects whole body health.
